The order mentioned above when delivered as faulty. On calling the customer care the resolution provided was they cannot raise a return request and want me to courier it back to the seller at my own expense and I will get reimbursed for the same in the form of gift vouchers. The kind of service is completely unacceptable as its Amazon's responsibility that when they deliver the product it should be good shape and if it’s not they are supposed to replace it on their own why should i as a customer take the pain of couriering the product to the seller that too at my own expense.
