I need to inform you about the malpractices adopted by Amazon team in India. I ordered the product on 4 May 22 and immediately after receipt of the product we requested for return pick up as the quality of the product is too low.
Return pick up scheduled for 5 May 22 but cancelled.
Again return pick up scheduled but cancelled.
I called amazon support and received the response from Mohammed dated 13 May 22 that return pick up scheduled was cancelled due to technical reasons and it is rescheduled for 14 May and in case product is not picked up he assure me of advance refund, you can check your call which was duly recorded.
On 14 May again it was cancelled 3rd time in a row and I got assurance from Gaurav via mail dated 14 May that he will personally do a follow up and it will be picked up on 15 May 22.
On 15 May 22 the product was picked but I received a message that it was cancelled. I logged a complaint immediately and was assured by Shaina on 16 May that she is escalating and I will get a refund soon.
On 18 May 22 Pallavi came into picture and she assures me that she is doing some internal investigation and when I did follow up again on 20 May she asked me to wait and on follow up dated 21 May 22 she disowns her responsibility and forgets that she is dealing with prime customer and refused to entertain any complaint in this regard by saying they have not received the product.
I don't understand why amazon is adopting some unethical practices and why they are so unfair to prime customers like me instead of tackling their own problems.
Request you to please help me in issuing me a refund and maintain trust of customers like me who acted in good faith.
