Amazon India — Order cancelled by falsely updating status | |||||
Ref Order id#[protected].Expected delivery date was 24 Aug 2016.The courier boy falsely updated status that customer is not available.He didn't call me even once.I many times contacted customer care and they promised that you will get your order within 24 hours.I kept on waiting whole day and many times contacted customer care and asked for mob no of courier boy but they didn't give me. Next day courier boy updated status as a bad whether.Again i contacted customer care, but they changed my order no.when i recorrected my order no then they cancelled my order.Finally i am empty handed.I kept on waiting my order for four days, but all time promises by customer care and finally no result.
