Amazon India — Order gold coin and received usb pen drive | |||||
I have order 24k gold coin from amazon and I got the parcel and I opened it and I saw that there is no gold coin in it it was usb pendrive And I called amazon customer care and the executive register my complaint and he said to wait for 24hrs I waited then again I called they told me to wait 48hrs I waited then again I called and they transfer my call to escalation department and from there Rachel talk to me I told her file A TO Z claim she told me that its alredy been more time if I claim A to Z you have to wait again for 2 weeks and she told me that I forwarding this case to concern team and this problem will resolve in 2 to 4 bussiness days and I waited again and I called today another escalation executive told me that we have to file A TO Z claim. AND NOW IAM FRUSTRATED FROM AMAZON AND THIS IS VERY BAD SERVICE AND IF I WILL NOT GET MY REFUND BY TOMMOROW I WILL MARK A MAIL TO CEO OF AMAZON AND I WILL POST IMAGE TO SOCIAL MEDIA AND AND CEO JEFF ASWEL Was this information helpful? | |||||
