I have Ordered TCL TV(40 inch Full HD), from AMAZON. On 7th it is said that it was out for delivery, but as it was updated that there is some address issue they cannot deliver the order. So for that i have called amazon customer care on 7th itself and updated the address through phone and they promised that it will be delivered on 8th of Oct 2016. Though i am following up daily they are telling me to wait for another 24-48 hours as already escalation is raised from their end. I gave them an option to provide me the address of the delivery center, so that i can go and collect directly if they are unable to delivery the address. But as per the amazon policy they will not provide and making me wait for another 24-48 hours. Now they are saying if this will not get delivered they will refund or replace the order. All these they kept the prepaid money and tell us, transport team is having issues at last and throwing ball in their court and not allowing us to speak to them with their policies.
I actually dont know whether the product i placed in Hyderabad or not, or they are just playing tricks with the customer.
I know that they made their 6months business in just 6 days, but they should have tell me that they have some transportation issue, but inspite they are giving us false promises. So giving us false promises are their policies ?
Kindly help me in resolving this issue
