I ordered one plus three as on 27th july 2016. Product was suppose to be delivered as of 3rd august. My list of complaints are,
1. Delivery date changed without any prior intimation or reason being shared due to which i had to followup.
2. Spoke to samishtha on 4th august around 3.45pm who stated product will get delivered by 5th aug and but she cannot commit. I requested for supervisor and spoke to sai. Sai stated he is sure product will get delivered by 5th aug but he will call back by 6pm to confirm the same. I never recevied the call. Incorrect expectation setting done by samistha and sai because product has still not been delivered. Also sai refused to transfer the call to his supervisor. Reason shared for non delivery was bad weather in gurgaon on 2nd, 3rd and 4th august which was a lie.
3. Spoke to jessica and shruthi on 5th august and was informed again that product delivery will take place by 6th august for sure. Reason given again was bad weather in gurgaon on 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th aug. Incorrect expectation setting done by jessica and shruthi because product has still not been delivered.
4. On following up with customer service team on today i am now being informed that product is lost and a replacement needs to be ordered. I was made to re-enter the adddress to deliver which is already availaible on my account stating the address is inactive. I have just placed an order at the same address yesterday which can be viewed on my account details.
5. Now that the replacement has been ordered there is no commitment to expedite the request
Pathetic customer service clearly indicating customer is not priority for amazon.
No step taken to showcase that amazon values its customer and will go the xtra mile to fulfill customer requirement Was this information helpful? |
