Hello Team,
I have tried confirm Netboot screen for my mobile on Amzon.com through Netbanking which got failed on Amazon but got debited from my Axis account.
Advised the same to Amazon to check who advises to contact bank, as the payment stucked in bank gateway and when contacted the bank who advised that the Payment (PNR GUTI[protected]) was successful requesting an email conversation from the merchant who is Amazon. contacted merchant to send me an email stating that the payment got failed stucked or what ever the executive said with the bank gateway but said its not possible as its not pending with merchant. asked if the executive have sent any email to resolve but replied no email will be sent.
Funny part is spoken to couple executives when i say u know this call is recorded in my mobile so please be sure what u saying n reply comes like this, don't worry all calls are recorded here as well and if i miss guide i will get "SCREWED" Lol.
m not worried about the amount which i have lost on Amazon as it was just 299 RS. i am writing this complaint just make everyone aware with the online purchases above 2000 as may be u purchase this to gift someone special or for your daily need and end up wasting time on calls and money.
