My order:[protected] which was placed on 13/12/2021 of value 594 INR is not visible in my account. Order is not reaching and tracking is not available. I called customer service 3 times but they cannot solve the problem. I have already submitted the order details and bank transfer details to customer service. Still after a month, the refund is not issued by canceling the order.
This is an IT issue from amazon. And an end customer cannot wait to get the product/refund due to an IT issue from your end.
I am attaching again the bank transfer details -refer date 13/12/2021 Ref No: T[protected] transfer for 594 INR to Amazon.
I expect a quick closure to this issue.
I wrote to amazon several times and still no response at all.
