Ordered a Cannon SX510 on 11th of Oct, expected date of delivery 20th October.. I started following up with the customer service from 24th, and they just kept on telling that they understand, and the order would be delivered in the next 2 days, I tried following up with ARAMEX (the courier company), nobody did anything to solve the issue, just tried to put the case on next day. Out of my surprise the courier people asked me to pick up my courier from their warehouse, and the Amazon customer case executive tried to intimidate me by saying "Do you have any idea what I could do".
Every morning I get a text telling that the order is our for delivery, and in the evening I get a text that I was not available to receive the item, although no delivery attempts were made by ARAMEX. I got this message 3 days in a row.
Finally 29th I cancelled the order.
Lets see how long would it take for the refund to happen.
A big NO NO to Amazon from now on, very bad customer support, packaging is really pathetic, and delivery .. I suppose that's out of question.
These people just make fool of customers and never deliver the item.
I don't know how long I would have to wait for the Refund..
