I booked Blackberry Z3 for my mother, as a birthday gift, which was suppose to deliver on 29th Aug 2016, my mothers birthday is on 31st Aug. But the courier was not delivered because the courier guy was unable to find my location. Is this justified that he did not call me on the given mobile number and returned my parcel, to the seller. I called to Amazon customer care on 27th Aug regarding the same, they assured me that they will make the delivery on time.
