I ordered a carpet from Amazon on 16-October-2020. See the attached invoice for details. Carpet arrived on 4-Nov-2020 which was 10 days later than promised, but that is fine. However, the carpet was different from what we ordered - base color and pattern colors were different than advertised. See images attached. The carpet arrived on 4-Nov and same day I repacked in its original packaging and set it up for a return.
Till date, the return pick up has not been done and my money has not been refunded. I have called Amazon customer service 5 times and I have not seen any action. Everytime, I am assured that item will be picked up and refund issued in 3 business days, but nothing has happened and now it is almost 1 month. I have been patient and understanding, and i also informed Amazon customer service that my next step is a consumer complaint.
Please help address the complaint and get the refund.
