Dear Sir/ Madam,
A wrong item was sent ( diff color) . Item worth INR 11, 999. I applied for a replacement with the correct order as placed originally.
When there was no update on their site I started following it up with their customer service. Today I came to know my refund is being processed.
1. I have the screen shot of actual item ordered & the wrong item received.
2. They manipulate their site to reflect the order / replacement status which is a breach of transparency.
3. I am going through irritation / tension which was uncalled for.
4. my money is stuck since 19th Oct'20. who pays for this loss? as they will tale another week it seems before the money hits my AC.
5. Are these E commerce companies taking Indian consumers for granted?
