Dear consumer court,
This is regarding my jbl c100si headphones ordered from amazon india from my sister's amazon prime account on 15-july-2019, order id#[protected].
The expected delivery was on 17-july-2019. However i never received my order. And still order status was updated as delivered on my amazon app. I filed a complaint about it on amazon and was told by their customer support executives that the order was delivered and that they won't be able to refund or do anything about it. Upon asking them if order is delivered then who signed on delivery and the delivery executives contact number, amazon came back with the same answer that they cannot help or provide any information. Amazon india has cheated me by not delivering the order.
I request you too look into the matter and help me against such fraud.
Also kindly note that if required, i can provide call recordings of my discussion with amazon customer support.
