Amazon India — Order#[protected] — 1 not delivered to customer and mentioned that order has been delivered and signed off

I have ordered a product (order#[protected] and paid the money.
The order details are:-
Order id[protected]:
1 of clara certified coral moonga 6.5 carat or 7.25ratti panchdhatu gold plating astrological ring for men & women [asin: b01d2wtg3e]

It was jewelry item.

The courier person did not deliver the product and put the status it has been delivered and mentioned i have signed it off. i was at home waiting for the product. i raised the complaint that very day when i got sms that product have been delivered.

I have raised a a to z claim, but it seems amazon service and looking into the issue is very poor. they say you have signed it off and denied the claim. how amazon can do that without validating the signature. i guess amazon is not in mood in resolving the issue even after calling several times.

This is like duping the customer. it is amazon responsibility to look into the issue.
