Dear sir,
I have ordered two 230 Volts Float Switch Sensor for Water Level Controller with 2 Meter Wire on 28th may 2020 and deducted Rs 716 amount from my account. I got courier packet on June 4th .After some time when I opened the courier item I got only one item. One is missing.I will upload the pictures when I opened the packet. So far I didn't get any refund also.
After this incident I send message to amazon and their reply was showing they delivered items in my given address. Its not fair.
From my understanding if there is any problem with the stock or any other issue, amazon is not able to deliver the product they will refund the rest amount within few days. I was expecting for the remaining money for last weeks. but so far there is no reply from amazon. So I am writing this letter.
I don't want any product missing item in soon. Wishing to get my rest amount at the earliest.
I hope you will do necessary steps to solve or to refund my amount.
I will upload the picture which I get and the things.
