I never expected this behavior from Amazon, who always fulfilled what it says. As, this time when on my order for Redmi Y3, when I received the Package on 14-June-2019 the shipment seal was broken and USB was missing inside. The same time I called Amazon and asked for replacement
of order and on which your customer executive confirmed that it will be an Hand-to-Hand replacement and the shipment will delivered to me by Sunday ( i.e. 16-June-19) but the shipment arrived on 19/06/2019 and now the delivery person I asking for the OTP, which I don't know and never received.
Please tell me where is my fault and why I am being harassed.
Did I really made a mistake by ordering from your website.
How will you fulfill my time and energy Loss due to your fault. Please justify?
Kindly resolve my issue at the earliest and deliver the shipment.
