Amazon India — Penalized for withdrawing from amazon seller | |||
I have withdrawn from being a seller on amazon in end 2015. In aug 2016, i was surprised to receive an order for my product on amazon. It was a pain to contact their help / support people. They had disabled my account - cannot login. Without a valid login - i cannot request support. After spending hours, was able to get them on chat. The amazon representative on chat assured everything will be corrected etc etc., In may 2017 i have received another order for my product on amazon. After spending several hours was able to get to a 'complaints form' - duly filled and submitted. Received an email from them asking me to pay towards cancellation of 'aug 16' order. This is absurd. It was their mistake to accept an order on a supplier who has withdrawn his membership. - cannot reply to their email (Bounces) - cannot contact them as i cannot login Amazon should stop this harassment - when members withdraw.
