Amazon India — Pending Refund | |
This mater related with refunding of Amazon Pay Balance to my account as they failed to deliver the product after several attempts. I ordered a product in January which they failed to deliver in several attempts. Lastly the customer care told me that we will refund Amazon Pay Balance to my account & sent me an email also. Now it is already more than 2months they did not do their promise. Again after calling them several times i am getting reply it will be done in a day which is again saying false. what actions can be taken? Was this information helpful? | |
