Hello, i ordered my product on 29th of may and it's delivered on 31th of may but when i opened the box it was empty the product was missing, i contacted amazon and they are delaying me and not helping me for my refund amount, payment method i used are amazon pay balance and upi

Iam still waiting for my refund amount from Amazon, they are delaying the process and telling me that we are investigating but every new Amazon customer agent gives me different wrong information, iam feeling sick and stressed, it affecting me mentally, please help me
