I placed an order on 7th July 2022 for the product “STIHL GTA 26 Battery Operated Handheld Pruner/Guide Bar, 4 Inch” on Amazon.in. The order Number is[protected]. In this connection, please look into the following points for a favorable action and solution:-
(a) As per the procurement procedure in Amazon.in, I already pre-paid Rs.15000.00 the value of the above-mentioned item to be delivered to my address in Nagaland State through Net Banking.
(b) However, the item was marked as COD (Cash on Delivery) when it reached my address.
(c) The courier (DELHIVERY Couriers) company will not hand over the item to me unless I pay Rs.15000.00 again.
(d) Why should I pay the double the amount for the item that I have already pre-paid through Net Banking?
(e) I have contacted the customer care of amazon.in several times for rectification but no action had been taken. Today[protected] the Courier Office informed me that they have already returned the parcel.
(f) Now amazon.in is not allowing me to initiate a refund of the Rs. 15000.00 that I had already paid for the item. I am apprehensive that I lost the amount I had already paid. Was this information helpful? |
