I have ordered the below item on mentioned date.
Order: thursday 11 october 2018 /[protected]
Items:
Redmi 6 pro (Black, 3gb ram, 32gb storage)
I was about the receive the package by 13th oct 2018. But it was cancelled from amazon delivery person and they rescheduled for next working day without making any call to me (Attached screen shot).
Then for monday 15th oct again i received a delivery message and got a call from delivery person by evening 4.40pm on the same day where i was unable to receive the package and i requested the delivery guy to re-schedule by tuesday 16th oct 2018.
Later that delivery guy cancelled his plans and returned the product without informing me. I thought i will receive it by 16th oct.
But when i am checking the tracking order section it shows order cancelled by customer (Attached screens shot) and i am shocked.
So, i made a call to amazon center. The customer service person pretend to accept the mistake made by delivery guy. Instead he put mistake on me for not receiving it by 15th oct.
Same issue i faced in previous order. Where they made nearly 15 days delay to deliver a product and finally they made me to cancel it.
Now my problem is even if it was returned from my side and do re order i will loose the offers they made between 11th oct to 14th oct.
I want the product as same i ordered i don't want to loose my order and offers.
