I have returned my products on 8th sept and on 26 sept 2021, today is 13/11/2021 but still i didnt received my refund from amazon. I called amazon customer care they said we have already issue and asked me to call bank customer care with refund reference number. I called bank customer care and mailed all the details related refund, but after 3 days bank customer executive told me to contact bank home branch as they are not able to trace my amount with refund reference number, so i visited my home branch and given all details to bank manager, he asked me to provide all details i.e. transaction date transaction amount and refund reference number, after providing all details bank manager forwarded my emails to their team, but after 3-4 days when i asked them about any progress he told me their team also not able to find why money is not credited, bank manager asked me to get UTR number from amazon to trace the money, when i called amazon for UTr number they didnt gave me.
now its been 2 months my money is stil not credited.
