The issue that I have experienced was: To start with, I have been ordering Canine Creek Starter 12.5 kg + 1 kg package for the past 4 months.
1. In the first order, I received it correct as 12.5 kg and 10 packets of 100 gm each total of 1 kg.
2. In the second order, I just receive one 100 gm packet with the 12.5 kg package. There was 900 gm of the product missing. I raised an issue and got a resolution for the same.
3. In the third order, I received a 12.5 kg package, but the 1 kg package (10 packets of 100 gm each) was missing. I raised a request again and was given a resolution with a refund for the same.
4. The latest 4th order again the 1 kg package (10 packets of 100 gm each) is missing and I raised an issue for the same and was told that it would be investigated.
Today, when I called I spoke to Khushi and her supervisor Sukanya who informed me that the investigation is complete; and as per the investigation, the product was delivered correctly and hence no refund or return of the product is authorized.
1. The First thing I would like to mention is that the investigation team has not checked the previous complaints to relate to the current one and the statement in the report directly implies that the Customer is lying about the issue.
2. Both the representative did not try to take ownership of the call and provide more details about the investigation. Instead, they kept on repeating the investigation statement and were not able to provide satisfactory answers to the questions provided.
3. Sukanya mentioned that she was the last point in contact regarding the issue, so is she not supposed to have the investigation details and also the details about the product regarding how it is usually delivered or at least dig into the matter and find out the related details about the same. Since the customer is unable to speak to the investigation team, Sukanya being the highest point in contact should have got the details.
In the evening after I received a reply from [protected]@amazon.in, I spoke to an Amazon representative again. This time, I spoke to Asif from the specialist team. This was a highly disappointing and disrespectful call again.
1. I requested Asif to raise a request again for investigation as I would like to dispute the investigation done. He mentioned that it is not possible and again did not take ownership of the call but rather stated that the Investigation team has prohibited any refund/return on the product.
2. I tried to talk to him to explain and ask questions, which again he was not able to answer. Instead, he repeated the same sentences and hung up on me which was very disrespectful.
