Amazon India — Product changing

Dear sir,
I am vijayaraj.c. I am booking a product (SOLID SF 12 satellite Analogue db Meter) through Amazon on 06/09/2016. The order number is #[protected]. I received the parcel via Blue dart on 10/09/2016 and pay the bill amount Rs.540/-.But the matter is, when I open the parcel the item is a 'CAR CAMERA'. It is not I am order. Bill detail is -solid SF-12 satellite Analogue db meter. The product item is changed. So I am unhappy.
Please tell me, what should I do? what is the further step? Where I surrender the product, which is in my hand? I have no idea. Because I am first time purchasing a product through Amazon. I am waiting for valuable suggestion very soon. I want the product (SOLID SF 12 satellite Analogue db Meter). So please help me. My Mob:No:is [protected].
