Amazon India — product delivery and fake commitment | |||
Pathetic! Pathetic! Pathetic! Biggest mistake by placing order with amazon. I personally recommend never trust on amazon india You people can repeat the same fault no of times without any shame. I can say amazon don’t have value for their customers. I placed an order for electric kettle. For which delivery team tried to contact to me on sunday but i was busy so not able to receive the call. On the same evening i got call from amazon for confirmation. I informed the executive that product not delivers and you can deliver this tomorrow anytime i will be available. He commited that the product will be delivered tomorrow till 2 pm. But it did not happen. Then i called customer care and they said the order is returned back to seller you need to place another order. I asked that executive that i want to speak to manager he said they are busy will arrange call back in 24 hours. I said i can stay on line and wait for manager and he denied and said he will disconnect the call. I called again and spoke to another executive she transferred the call to the manger name rashita. Even she was not able to provide and better solution. They all have the same solution that to place new order and wait again. I want to know 1) why 2nd and 3rd attempt was not made 2) why after commitment made from amazon about product delivery was not completed 3) with whose permission they returned the product back to seller. 4) fake commitment Was this information helpful? | |||
