Amazon India — product delivery & customer service | |||
I have ordered product from amazon first it was showing delivery date as 1st october 2019 but without even attempting delivery, delivery agent marked it as delivery attempted. I had word with customer service they told me wait till 9pm and your product will get delivered. At 9 pm i again connected with customer service and they told on 2nd october 2019 you will be first prefrence. Today morning i got email saying redelivery attempted without even contacting or visiting my address. Now customer service saying wait till evening or tomorrow you will get delivery. They are not even sharing customer details. It's totally frustrating and i don't understand whom to contat, where is my product. Was this information helpful? | |||
