I bought HTC Desire 626 from amazon and i recieved the product on 12th of october and the product was defective. Since then i am trying to resolve this issue. They said me to run smart check application for return i did that but that application was not running on my new device so they asked me to go to HTC service center and get DOA certificate from them and i did that. I sent them the DOA certificate yesterday but am not getting any reply accept i am only calling them. They refused to return my product saying they can only do the replacement. Being a customer i have the full right to decide whether i want refund or replacement because i am paying and buying something. They are doing customer harassment and inconvenience to me. From last 6 days they are making to suffer through the worse then how they can expect i should again buy anything from amazon in future, They are giving me reason to stop online shopping and to spread this awareness among other people.
And also customer care cut my call twice without listening to what i am saying to them when they are not authorized to cut the call from there side till customer say. what kind of service they are providing to the customer.
