I have order panasonic single line cordless phone with the order no.[protected] on 13 sep. 2017 and paid by credit card.
As per amazon i am suppose to receive the product on 18 sep 2017 but i have not received it so i called customer service 5 times but some time they simply hang up or they are not able to assure me when i can get the product.
They are using customers money and they don't deliver the product so that customer get frustrated and cancel the order by this way they can use peoples hard earn money for one week time.
I have called and ask the customer service agent to assure me for delivery or refund with compensation but he simply refuse any of them.
