Amazon India — product not delivered and false information is given & harassed me | |||
Have place the order from amazon app through mobile. Order id is[protected]. Promise date was 28th aug 2017, but prior to that product was went for delivery twice and was undelivered.in second time attempt additional address comment is sent to me via sms, have contact the customer center and informed them to ask the delivery team to call me in case if issue in finding or locating the address. Today on 26th aug 2017 i received and sms stating that we are unable to deliver the product and it is being returned to seller or there fc and money will be refunded to me once amazon receives the product back. Why i should keep my money with them for the undelivered items and why not amazon pay the interest on the money they kept for long and should give some sort or compensation on harassment grounds.
