I made an order to amazon with order id[protected] for the product "evana 4.1 feet triple section portable dust & water proof wardrobe creative printed cabinet, easy installation folding wardrobe cupboard almirah foldab[protected]". The product was ordered on 31 march 2017 and proposed estimated delivery by 13 april 2017. The said product was pre-paid item. The said product was not delivered even after many follow-ups and also money not refunded. I have attached the screen shots for the reference also. Kindly look into matter and resolve it.
