Amazon India — Product not delivered and no action taken for refund | |||||
I had ordered a product from Amazon India on 8th September 2016 but has still not been delivered. On contacting Amazon, they say to check with the Seller. I had also requested for refund as the date of delivery of 15th September was missed. Still there is no confirmation of refund. When they take money they should owe responsibility till product is delivered. Even in this fast world, they take can't deliver product in 20 days, that too in a city like Mumbai?
