Amazon India — Product not delivered and they are not taking any actions

I ordered a product kore dumbbells from this site order suppose to get delivered on 16th March 2017 but till now it didn't get delivered.from past 4 days they are saying the same thing that your product will be delivered tomorrow and when I call them they again say the same thing .And they also blamed me for not receiving the product which is not true my family was home that day.
