Amazon India — Product not delivered for a paid order

Prepaid order for
TP-Link TL-MR100 300Mbps Wireless N 4G LTE, Wi-Fi N300, Plug and Play, Parental Controls, Guest Network, with Micro SIM Card Slot, WiFi Router was placed on 15th Mar 2022 and the amazon delivery partner has claimed delivery to "a security guard" and the product is not delivered. We have other packages delivered to door by amazon on the same day. Amazon telecalling executives are not resolving the issue,
