Amazon India — Product Not delivered on time but they charged extra money for fast delivery | |||||
I purchased a smartphone from amazon on 2nd October and paid 100 Rs. extra for the fast delivery the product within a day. I got the notification that the product will be delivered by 4th October (today). Now, it's 7 pm, and I have not received the product. I am leaving Delhi for a 15 days toor to Chennai tomorrow morning, that is why I paid 100 Rs. extra for a fast delivery. I received a text message about the phone number of the courier boy who will deliver the product. I called him many times, but his phone is switched off from hours. If I am not getting my product today, then the extra 100 rs. paid by me is a waste, plus I will have to cancel my order, and I will not be available to receive it next day. My concerns are: 1. Why I was charged 100 Rs. extra for a false commitment of timely delivery? 2. Will that 100 Rs. will be refunded to me if I am not getting my order today? 3. Why am I getting the number of such an unprofessional courier boy whose phone number is switched off? I hope I will get a fast solution without suffering. Was this information helpful? | |||||
