Amazon India — product not received and amazon not refunding money | |||||
I had ordered a JBL earphone from amazon and was suppose to deliver on 14 June 2018. The company has marked it as delivered. After contacting they mentioned they have some technical problem and that product will reach in another 2 days. We called on 16 June 2018 and they asked for 3 more days and said that they will forward the query to investigation team. We called again on 20 June 2018 and they mentioned that they would forearm the complaint to investigation team again. Not sure why they dint do earlier. We were asked to wait for 5 days so that the team will connect with us, however we dint received any calls from the team. Once again we called on 25 June and they still ask me to wait for 72 hrs. We had asked for refund twice but as the supervisor mentioned, they will never initiate refund unless the team contacts us. After asking them to connect to investigatioj team right there, they dint agree to that too. Also they mentioned that unless the team gives any update they will never initiate the refund. This is how the customer care takes care of the issues. And also it is very ridiculous and terrible to know that amazon cannot take care of the orders of their prime members.
