Seriously wtf is wrong with amazon india, worst experience ever.
A product [as a gift] was ordered on 29 march and expected delivery was on 31 march and till now haven't received the product and its showing product delivered.
No call was receives from any delivery person nor did any alerts.
So i called up the customer service explaining my issue and i was told to wait for 72 hours and everytime the reply i got was "i understand and we are investigating on the matter"
And after 72 hours i was assured that it will be resolved by then, and that they will call me personally regarding the issue but again i never did receive any calls.
On the day of delivery when i call amazon i asked whether they had the delivery person or the logistic number so that i can go personally and inquire about it but guess what they don't even have their own logistics department information.
How is this even possible??? Seriously??? What is this??? Is this some kind of a joke???
Well after waiting for 72 hours, again i called today and today i was transfered to another department, now they are telling me to wait for 5 more working day again? [i. E. Till 11 of april]
Seriously, how long do i have to wait?
And forget about me waiting, how could amazon be so careless in the first place. This is just absurd. I am seriously disappointed. Didn't expect it.
How long does a customer have to wait to receive a product?
When when i call on 11th again, then what???
I will be told to wait a month? A year? Seriously pissed off man...
Please resolve this issue asap.
This is the worst experience i've experienced online.
