Amazon India — product not received on guaranteed delivery date being a prime member

This has happened to me for the fourth time now... Despite being a prime member i am not receiving the products the next day for all the orders i make with a guaranteed delivery of next day...

So i ordered the product on 3rd of oct with a guaranteed delivery of 4th but haven't received it. When contacted the customer support they said that it will be delivered by 10th...
Now if i paid for the prime and they are not delivering in time should not they be penalized and i be compensated?

Updated by Monobrota Deb The product did not get delivered on 4th and the tracking shows they attempted delivery, it's a blaten lie...and they also have the odacity to do this...what are my legal options?
