I have ordered oneplus 3t mobile on 24-aug-17. (Order #[protected]
It was supposed to deliver to me by 28-aug-17 by amazon transport, it is still not deliver as on 01-sep-17.
On 28-aug-17 at 3:28 pm, i received a message that my order will be delivered by 9:00 pm.
However no one from courier team came for delivery and even no one called me for delivery. My family was at home full time.
In the night at 10:59 pm, i received a mail that order could not be delivered as no one was available to receive it.
The same was updated on amazon also.
On 29-aug-17 morning, i talked to customer care executive regarding this.
I was ensured that my order would be delivered by evening. At 11:59 am, i again received message that you courier attempted to deliver my order.
But as usual no one from courier team came and my order was not delivered.
On 29-aug-17 evening again, i called your customer care, but did not received any satisfactory answer. Only received assurance that it will be delivered by next day (30-aug-17).
I waited till morning 11:00 on 30-aug-17, then again i called amazon customer care.
It was again false assurance to deliver it by today.
At 1:46 pm, i received message with contact no. Of courier agent.
When i call to that no, phone was picked by lady and she told that the person is not available, he is on leave for last 2-3 days.
I asked her to give me contact no. Of other person or amazon delivery center where he works, but then she switched off the phone.
In afternoon, around 4:40 pm, i received a call from one amazon transport, saying that he is from amazon coming to deliver my mobile.
That guy told me that he is nearby my building and asked me to keep ready replacement phone.
I assumed he will come within next 15-20 mins, however he also did not came.
I tried to call that guy in the evening multiple time, but he did not pick up the call.
After this i again called customer desk at 9:00 pm. I talked to customer care and requested him to check the problem with my order and update me.
However he did not bother to call me to update about my order.
And for my surprise again, i received a mail at 9:19 pm that delivey attempt was done but no one was available to receive.
Then i call again customer desk and asked that i want to talk your supervisor or some senior.
My call was connected to amazon's leadership team. I explained full story to him and requested him to deliver my order as soon as possible and also told him to take action against courier agent.
After that again on 31-aug-17, i talked to another member from leadership team, and he assured me that my order will be delivered by evening.
Your last update on amazon, very interesting, "the customer requested the appointment to be rescheduled". Could you please tell me when i told this and provide me call details for the same.
As on 1-sep-17 9:30 am, i am still waiting my order to deliver.
In between i escalated this matter to [protected]@amazon.in and [protected]@amazon.in multiple times, and they also only telling me that they have taken my issue on priority and are working on my issue.
For last 4 days, i am getting only one response that order will be deliver by evening (Sunny deol's dialogue - tarikh par tarikh). But there is no progress on thta. I checked ysterday with amazon agent and came to know no assiciate was assigned to deliver my order, for which they are saying as high priority.
I am waiting for my oredr for last 4 days and no one is providing me the satisfactory answer. Instead they are making false promises and playing with customer.
Moreover courier services are the pathetic, trying to make fool people and without trying to attempt delivery, sending mails that they have done their job.
It seems they want to say that this was not their mistake, it was my fault that i was not available to receive my order.
It is really pathetic at your part to play with sentiments and emotions of customers.
Moreover, even if no one was present at home to receive the product then the delivery guy should call to the customer.
I will be expecting some strict action against courier agents.
Its very much frustrating that every time i have to explain full story to every executive. And even if sometime call gets disconnected in between, they are not bother to call customer again.
What kind of coordination amazon have between customer care and courier team, that is out of my understanding now.
I believe you dont have any respect for your customer and you guys only work like only try to convince with your wordings, play with emotions of the customers.
It was a really very bad experience for me this time. I’m a regular customer of amazon but i don’t think i’ll be able to continue shopping with amazon ever again.
