Amazon India — product returned, but money not refunded

I purchased a ucb mens printed shirt on 1st april 2018, making online payment of rs 1039. However, the size didn't fit me for which i returned the shirt to amazon collection agent on 7th april 2018.

However, it has been 3 months and countless calls to the customer care for refunding my money back. All my requests have gone to deaf ears and a seemingly incompetent customer care and amazon's stakeholders.

I hope the council takes appropriate action against amazon.
