Amazon India — product says, delivered, not received local agent forged my signature.

My order[protected] as said delivered to the customer directly and signed by me, which is totally false. And in other letter it is said address is not traceable. If it said i have signed, may be local agent has forged my signature, for which i will book a complaint. And if it is said address is not traceable, on 15th and 16th i have received product from amazon to same address. If you could not deliver the product, pl. Return my money. Next time i will order only on cod.
