Amazon India — product showing as delivered but actually I have not received it | |
I had ordered for the product "Magideal DNX-9960 2.5mm External Microphone for Car Pioneer Stereos Radio Receiver "" on 9-sept-2018 through amazon website. I made full payment (rs 742.15) for the product while ordering itself. The order id is Order #[protected]. But, I got a message/email on 18-Sep-2018 saying my product is delivered to my address. However I had not recieved that product on that day. Even till today, I have not recieved my product. I have called amazon customer care 4 times in last 10 days. But, they are not responding properly. They are just saying please wait for some time. Please either deliver the product or refund the money. Was this information helpful? | |
