Respected sir,
my order no :[protected], one plus buds placed on 31st august 2020 .
estimated delivery date was 9th september 2020.
on 7th september i received a notification that the order is out of delivery and received a number [protected]. I called the number and had a conversation which is given below :
Called the delivery boy at 10:00am, delivery boy picks the call.
nimit: hello sir, where are you, you have my delivery
delivery boy: by which name the order is and where i have to deliver it?
nimit: delivery is in the name of nimit jain, (further said), have you seen the state bank of india in manpur
delivery boy : yes, that is in front of the electricity office .
nimit : yes, exactly, when you reach just give me a call. By the way, what time will you reach ?
delivery boy : sir it will take one and one and half hours . but the area doesn't come into my delivery point but it has come to me by mistake, but will deliver it
nimit : ok, make it fast please.
the call got disconnected.
Again at 12'o' clock
called the delivery boy.
Nimit : sir, where are you, when will you reach?
delivery boy : it will be delayed, will reach by 2pm
nimit : ok sir, make it soon
the call got disconnected.
Again at 3 pm
called the delivery boy.
Nimit : sir, where are you, when will you reach?
delivery boy : it will be delayed, will reach by evening
nimit : ok sir, make it soon
Again at 5 pm
called the delivery boy.
Nimit : sir, where are you, when will you reach?
delivery boy : it will be delayed, will reach
nimit : ok sir, but my shop get closes at 7, when will you come
delivery boy : while returning to office, i will delivery it
nimit : ok sir
Again at 6:30 pm
called the delivery boy.
Nimit : sir, where are you, when will you reach?
delivery boy : sir, the package is not with me.
nimit : why have you been saying since morning, product with you.
delivery boy : product will not be delivered .
and the calls get disconnected.
and after that day, i have called several times, to amazon, but you have so much of the worst service that you don't value your customer .
and your delivery team update the status that address was incorrect or incomplete, and from many of years i have been receiving the deliveries
now its 9th, i have not received the order.
What are you all doing?
First, the delivery wasted my day and your customer service just provided me with fake excuses .
i need a solution to this, i have been mentally harassed, for a small thing, which is a prepaid order.
kindly revert me with a proper solution .
