Amazon India — products not delivered but it showing as delivered

I ordered for pantry products in amazon on 31/12/2019.in amazon web site it showing products are delivered in 02/01/2020 but actually products are not received by me and same problem raised before amazon customer care they are telling it will take to track the issue. But till now problem was not solved
