I have received a fake product on 25th dec, 2019 my purchase from amazon india for jbl endurance peak bluetooth headphones. I had paid in advance aprox rs. 10000. Now i have raised this issue to amazon for refund as it was a new year gift and i am interested in buying product offline. But amazon customer service saying they are investigating the issue.
I have made full video o[censored]nboxing the product but even than they are saying they are investigating, i am unable to understand what they are investigating. Just on the trust i had paid money in advance but two days have been passed and no revert from them. I am very very disappointed from the service of amazon india as they are completely cheating with their customers by selling these fake products.
I am inclined to bring this issue into the notice of media and as i am an advocate myself i will file a consumer complaint against them in case i would not get any satisfactory reply from them.
I recorded the whole instance in video from my mobile as it was costly product. The size of original hd video is 1.6 gb and i compressed video upto 100 mb so that it can be uploaded on my google drive. Please bear with me as i recorded video with hand and opened the box with other hand. I am also sharing a link of video here for reference.
