Amazon India — Received defective moto G plus handset. | |||
I ordered for Moto G plus handset via order no[protected].. The product was delivered some one week ago at my residence and on verification I found one technical feature was not working.. Phone screen was getting blank during the call and user is unable to perform any function during the call due to this problem.. I approach the local authorized service center of the manufacturer and they informed me that mother board of the phone is having some issue due to which sensor is not working properly. Post that I approach amazon for replacement of the product since product was under replacement warranty.. Now CC office is not responding properly and suggesting to get DOA letter from service center which the service center has refused. I paid 100% money in advance and now in trouble that defective handset is handed over to me.. wants replacement immediately. Was this information helpful? | |||

Amazon is not owning responsibility of the product sold by them and washing the hands completely and passing the buck on manufacturer without resolving the customer issue.
