Amazon India — Received wrong product, the seal was open, no refund or replacement, irresponsible investigation team and customer service

My friend placed an order for me for an iPhone 11 on 27th October 2021 as my phone was not working. She gave my number for the delivery calls to receive it. On 3rd November 2021, I received a call from the delivery man that the product has reached Ganganagar. I told him my place is three to four hours away from Ganganagar. The address is of Gharsana district in Ganganagar. The pin code was also right. I have received many orders with the same address. I asked the delivery man when will I receive the order as I do not have a phone and I have to attend my meetings. He told me I will get it in two to three days. On 6th November 2021 I enquired again through my friend as the order was booked on her number. My friend forwarded the message she received after enquiring about the delivery. The message says "Bhagyashree | Customer Service

I will contact the courier team and will inform them to deliver as soon as possible. You will receive an update for the delivery within 24 hours.I am adding the preference for early delivery the delivery team will try their best to deliver the product as soon as possible"

There was no response. On 9th November 2021 my friend enquired again for the delay in delivery and she forwarded the message received to me. The message says "Tanmoy | Customer Service

In this case I will file a complaint against the courier.

Please be assured this will not happen again.

Expected delivery: Monday 8 November 2021"

There was no delivery. Again we enquired on 8th November, 2021 evening. We received a message. The message says, "I request you to please wait today and tomorrow you will receive the order".

On 9th November 2021 I received a message in the morning about the delivery to happen today. In the evening when I opened the amazon cover these are the things I found:
1. A cardboard box.
2. Within that iPhone box the seal of it was open.
3. Within that there was iPhone and the data cable but nothing more than that.
4. iPhone looked old. There were scratches on the screen.

There was no bill, invoice or any kind of instructions. When I observed carefully the box was of iPone 12 Pro Max 512 GB. Immediately, that day itself my friend placed for refund as the order was wrong and I do not want to wait this long again to get a replaced new iPhone. They asked to wait for two to three days for investigation. I waited for two to three days and today that is on 12th November 2021 they said that the investigation is over and I have received the right product that is the product I ordered. My friend had chatting with the investigation team and they were just stick to the point that their investigation is over and the product is the one ordered. I had conversation with Apples customer care to know about the phone. I found that the serial number mentioned on the box is different than the phone shows. I again tried to connect with customer care team of Amazon. My call was directed to the investigation team. They responded the same way that the investigation is over and they won't do refund or replacement despite of explaining everything in detail. I tried again to contact the customer service team of amazon. My call was again directed to the investigation team. It was some other person. He responded the same way that the investigation is over and they cannot do a refund or replacement for this product as I have received the right product. All of them are responding the same way. I am not getting any help from them. Highly disappointed. Didn't expect this from such a big company. They are being so irresponsible and not even ready to do a proper investigation. I want refund for the product. I have been troubled by them so much by sending a wrong product and behaving irresponsible.
