I have purchase redmi note 8 neprtune blue 4 gb ram & 64 gb storage on 17th dec 2019 12.44 pm using icici credit cards xxx2003 from amazon prime (Mobiel no. [protected] email id [protected]@gmail.com). But still product is not received.in amazon portal it was wrongly showing it is deleived on 18th dec 2019. As i called to customer care 1st there ask me to wait to 24 hrs time but when i called again they told me to wait for another 5 days to reslove. I lost trust with back end team. Please help us with this my
