I had purchased haier 320 ltr refrigerator from amazon on 7th jun, 18 and full payment of rs 26, 999 was the same date and was promised the delivery by 11th jun’18. However i received a message on my phone saying on 9th jun’18 stating “your refrigerator is out for delivery and will be delivered today end of the day.” later message i received that as per your request the order has been rescheduled, after seeing the message i called the call centre and register a complaint mentioning i did not request for rescheduling the delivery.
I again called the call centre on 10th jun’18 on delivery status, i was informed that you have requested that you would be coming and picking the refrigerator from warehouse. It came as a shock to me.
Even calling today (12th jun’18) call centre executive is asking to wait for 24 to 48 hrs. This after surpassing the promised date (11th jun’18) of delivery and even now i have not been getting proper response from anyone from amazon. I am also not able to cancel the order as they will be able to only after the product reaches amazon depot.
I request take a stern action against amazon as the do not have any escalation matrix nor amazon have a clue why there is a delay in delivery. I also want a compensation on this as i had bought this refrigerator for my parents who are in their 70s and sold their old refrigerator.
