[Resolved]  Amazon India — refund amount

I bought mobile in Amazon.in, online shopping. i placed it return and the receipt is enclosed, no refund generated yet more than 20 days. I called Amazon customer service many times to resolve the problem but there is no use. They are not initiating to solve problem at their end. Kindly help.thanking you
