Amazon India — Refund Amount not credit my account

dear sir/Madam,

I have purchase some item online through Amazon on 16MARCH 2017 for the amount of Rs.1599.00. I have returned the order on 23th march 2017 as the item was not fulfill the requirement by the service provider. I have received message from Amazon that refund is initiated on 23th march 2017 with the details mentioned below and amazon gave me
Refund reference no.4896036344666350003020 and Authorization Code: 942909
please locate my refund and credit my account as soon as possible.The SBI customer service is not helping me.
